You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
The product received does not match the size ordered.
In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.
Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep or route you to the nearest outlet for exchange purposes.
Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Please be advised that inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards.
Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

How do I Apply For A Return?
To return an item, please email us at eshop@junaidjamshed.com with the return reason and order details.
There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to the nearest J. Outlet for an exchange.
Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be requested to send the parcel to: Ecommerce Department, Junaid Jamshed Pvt. Ltd., Head office, 40 Sector 19 Korangi Industrial Area.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds. However, In the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund via store credit/voucher (e-currency - which is
only applicable ONLINE)
We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit (usable on the website ONLY) shall be issued
against the refused parcel once it has been received back at our Warehouse
In cases where an article does not meet our quality standards, a voucher will be issued for future use once the remaining items in the order are shipped (for paid orders). If the entire paid order is
canceled, the refund will be provided as store credit.
The customer will be responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.
J. will not be responsible for any difference of amount due to currency conversions
The minimum period for processing store credit is 5-10 working days depending on the mode of payment

Vouchers can be applied to purchases made through our official website, www.junaidjamshed.com only.
Each voucher is for one-time use only and is valid for a single transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined while placing an order.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
Enter the voucher code at checkout in the “discount code” box. Only one code may be used per order.
If the voucher value exceeds the total purchase amount, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used in subsequent orders.
By redeeming a voucher, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Currently, J. does not have a Return policy for international orders as all the products in the order are individually checked by the QC department before packing and handing over to the courier.
If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, J. is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate them for the order.
In special cases, if an exchange is approved, customers are required to dispatch and return our products to our operations facility based in Karachi, Pakistan to be further checked, and if any issue is found, the customer will be facilitated accordingly.
Return and custom charges are to be borne by customers.
Articles purchased on sale are not qualified for exchange or return.
Customized and Make to Orders
Customized orders include alterations and make-to-measure products which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement, you could send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations, and we will try to fix the issue.
